New Changes in the
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Federal Skilled Worker Program
The recent changes in the Federal Skilled Worker program ("FSW"), as of May 1, 2014, renewed interest of prospective immigrants around the world. Now there are 50 occupations eligible for the program and the intake caps are more generous than in the past 4 years. Many applicants who were excluded from the application process after June 26, 2010 may now find themselves eligible this year.
